As a reseller of Reed Chillcheater products you can rest assured that the products you are selling are made to the highest possible standards and as such are warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase.

If the product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, simply return the product to Reed North America for a replacement or refund.

If, for any reason, the retail customer is unsatisfied with the product, before using it, simply return the product for a replacement of refund. All original labels much be attached.

Once the customer has used the product, Reed North America will only provide a replacement or refund if the product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, at the sole discretion of Reed North America.

Bottom line. We want the retail customer to be satisfied with their purchase of Reed Chillcheater products, but it is the responsibility of the reseller and the customer to make sure the product is appropriate prior to use. All Reed Chillcheater paddlewear can be manufactured to the customer’s specific measurements, so there is no reason for an improper fit.
